Ivan Chernyshev is a serial entrepreneur, co-founder of BPA company Digital Sales, which specializes in building modern sales departments. Over the past six months his firm has automated and restructured sales departments in 20 large companies. In addition, Ivan runs the Like Center of Ayaz Shabutdinov in 3 cities of Russia.

During the meeting Ivan will talk about what basic tools are used to increase profits through direct sales.
We will discuss:
– Basic seller techniques and sales algorithm: what tools are needed for the sale department to sell more to existing customers.
– Maintaining the client base: how to analyze the contacts of your customers, how much they cost, how to increase revenue with the help of a customer base and a properly constructed sales funnel.
– What processes in the sales department can be digitized, reducing costs and revenue and raising the efficiency of sales managers.
